Kingsheath has the most friendly and helpful receptionists. But the cream dela cream of the surgery is Katie the menopause specialist nurse. She is the best, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, nurse I have ever met. Being a nurse myself I have nothing but zeal for her passion and knowledge in nursing and women's health. Menopause gals, Katie knows best. Because of her expertise with recommendation from Dr Chidi, God is helping me get my life again after terrible bout of perimenopause. Katie, I just have nothing but praise and admiration for you. I will not relent in my pursuit to be a practice nurse like you. Kingsheath surgery Bravo. Katie has done you well. You deserve an award as the best surgery in the UK.
Well have to say dr ramesh.not seen him for long time ..but the ladies on reception are fab x and my appointment with dr ramesh was amazing as i find it hard to explain .he didnt rush me .he explained what he thought and got the ball rolling what i had to do next with tests ..he was .so professional and let me waffle. Simply the best
Husband just joined this surgery and was very impressed with staff and service he received yesterday. Nurse went out of her way to ensure he received all outstanding vaccinations and inoculations. Nurses at both King's Heath & Park Avenue clinics very helpful and professional.
I spent over an hour waiting to speak to someone so I could book an appointment, but I understand it can be busy so that’s not the issue. The issue is after all that time and finally getting through, for them to say a doctor will call me back and never did is just ridiculous. Also a while ago my mum called up on behalf of my little brother to cancel his appointment he suffers with anxiety and was begging not to go. The receptionists seemed lovely, until they thought they’d ended the call and began to talk poorly on my mum amongst each other. Saying how she’s a terrible mum and other things. My mum heard all this and I think it’s fair to say she was definitely upset.
Nice receptionists, nice doctors. The doctors take time to listen to you and treat you. I've been in 3 times now and talked to the doctor/nurse more than i did my other practice in 10 years. I did have a problem on the phone last year with a receptionist but don't think she is there now.
