Warm friendly, pleasant atmosphere and a great place to visit, staff helpful on directions, food very good.

Even for a Costa I was not impressed.  Me and my partner both had black Americanos...coffees that are hard to get wrong, yet we both only got half way through and left the rest.

A distinct lack of food when we went in at 2pm. And the service was very slow, 15 mins before we even got served.
