Normal Greggs affair. No probs with food but staff need to “lighten up”. I know they are busy and in a holiday village but I think all custs would benefit from a better attitude

Called in for an early morning butty. Very unimpressed by the young man behind the counter who had zero customer skills. The outlet was everything you would expect from Greggs as a company in terms of cleanliness etc. Think I just caught the place on a bad day in terms of staff. Gregg need to do better in terms of overall customer experience.
