Great boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable and we'll appointed. The food is good. Gin library is excellent. And the staff cannot do enough to make sure your stay is perfect. On top of all that, the location is amazing too.

Room was a bit snug for two adults, a a baby and boxer dog (wish I'd of checked when booking as we did walk past some huge rooms!).The hotel staff were exceptional, even when we needed to get milk at 2.30am for our son! Room was well equipped for our dog and included dog bed, bowls, treats and a dog towel! Best parts were the gin selection, and incredible breakfast fully catered for our son and my gluten free fussy eating! The location is out of this world! Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely stay here with my partner, brother in-law and mother in-law. Beautiful place in a stunning location and amazing view. Lovely staff and delicious food. I would 100% recommend.

The Waterhead hotel is a lovely and clean dog friendly hotel. All the staff are welcoming and very polite. The room was cozy and solid, with no noise coming from the neighbours or the hallway. The bath was a good size and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. With a water front view from the restaurant and a breakfast buffet to suit all dietary need. I would highly recommend the Waterhead hotel and would visit again.

We arrived a little past 8:30 (taking a 5pm train from Euston). The Wateredge (where we were staying) and the Regent both shut their kitchens and wouldn’t feed us. But the Waterhead welcomed us (even though they had shut their kitchen too) and provided us with terrific service and food. This is proper hospitality.
