Brilliant service, bought my car from them and even though I’m 2 hours away the sales man Lee kept me well updated will all the changes and what I need to do. I definitely would go here again, when going down to test drive the car and have a look at it even though Lee wasn’t there the other salesmen were very helpful and dealt with us and knew exactly why we were there and how they could help us. Amazing service and the car is brilliant. Definitely would recommend
I decided to make a MOT in the Toyota Queensferry Centre and did not regret it. A very pleasant place. The staff are very polite and pleasant. While you are waiting, you can drink coffee or delicious hot chocolate in the showroom. Highly recommend
Important repair to the chassis executed with great skill and professionalism. Super happy with first, the decision to tackle this problem immediately before it deteriorated, the help and advice I received about it, and the execution which, besides being a great job, was done with an absolute minimum of fuss, and a maximum of genuine desire to help. Sincere, honest people with integrity. When did you last hear that about a garage/dealership? Staff at Lindop almost look disappointed when you refuse the help they offer you. Stress free motoring, vital nowadays. Priceless. Go there even if you don't own a Toyota.
Excellent service from start to finish. I got superb help from Mike, it was so good, that my dad went in the next day & bought the same car! I had some personalised plates, which I had made by lindops & fitted by Mike too, same day. A fabulous service all round, would highly recommend for your next car.
We were interested in a ’20 reg. very low mileage Hybrid Corolla within our budget at Lindops Queensferry and Mike Evans came out to talk to us. He allowed us to take the car for a test drive alone. I was impressed with it and we decided to buy it. In all our dealings after that date Mike has been an exemplary sales person. At every stage his efficiency has been commendable and he always treated us with deference. At no time was he condescending and during the completion of the paperwork he was keen to explain everything he did. He also spent a good deal of time explaining the controls of the car and although I was used to driving a Hybrid model, the Corolla has quite a number of different facilities that needed talking through. After all the finance was completed we went to collect the car and were passed on to Tammy Robinson who completed all the hand-over paperwork. Again we were impressed by her efficiency and competence. Finally we visited the dealership again to set up a Service Contract with Tammy. It seems to be a feature of dealings with this company that the staff are extremely friendly, efficient and competent. We have certainly found that to be the case and with staff like those who performed the transaction for us we would have no hesitation in whole heartedly recommending Lindops Queensferry to anyone.
"The experience at Lindop Toyota Queensferry was good because they were very easy to do business with - friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The vehicle - a used Toyota Yaris Hybrid - was purchased for daughter. The website and vehicle stock - including the “just in” car which was purchased for a very competitive price - was very easy to check before visiting. The part exchange process was also very straightforward. The only reason for a “good” rather than “very good” score for one survey question was because the car needed to be brought back in within 10 days for a windscreen washer fault not spotted before handover? but this was very quickly and easily fixed by the Service department - simply a new fuse fitted within 10 mins. Overall buying the car was a very pleasurable and straightforward experience."

I can see some very bad reviews here,and don't really understand why. I bought a Rav 4 last year in January from them,Carl was great and made me a good deal,but unfortunately for me he never asked if i want Gap Insurance,and i forgot to ask for it,and now is to latedon't know if it does matter so much now. I had my Rav 4 in their service from december,and other than the time being just a bit to longi was told it will be end of January begining of Februarycan't complain about much. Derek,from body and shop,is an amazing guy,very helpful,answering my questions by phone or email,any problems or questions i had,he was able to fix and answer. I asked for a courtesy car,1st was told they don't have any,after 10 minutes Derek came to me and offered me one,so from my end he should get a raise . Car looks good,just like new. The only problem i have,is when i give them a call and the person i want to talk to is not available ,the receptionist told me i'll be called back - and sometimes is just not happening,so i have to call and call back. But yes,i would recommend them. Thank's again Derek.
