Tony is a fantastic sales man. Doesn't push you and allows you to decide without that annoying sales pitch. Had a couple issues with the car  unforseen but got 3 months warranty and the issues sorted instantly and Tony went above and beyond. All I can say is this. If you're looking for a car and want a honest true to his word sales man go see Tony at qcs.

Bought a car from QCS recently with no pressure sales from Tony. Went for a test drive in the car we went to view, then another  in a different car which we ended up buying. Had a minor problem which Tony went the extra mile to resolve, he really is a genuine nice guy who you can trust 100%. Just like having your favorite uncle in the trade! Would definitely recommend.

Tony is one of the good ones! Had a nightmare with another car from another dealer and his advice and understanding was second to none. Purchased a lovely focus from QCS and I genuinely don't think I would go anywhere else for a new car in the future! A* service and really top bloke!

We purchased this awesome little Micra in perfect condition today from Tony at QCS, my wife wasn't 100% sure and ended up asking for a refund before getting home and deciding she actually did want it after all, thank goodness she changed her mind as it's fantastic and I can't explain well enough how amazing Tony at QCS was with us, nothing was a problem at all, happy to refund no problem then happy to resell we truly where nightmare customers and received nothing but world class service from Tony the whole time, he was genuinely happy as long as we where happy regardless of if we purchased the vehicle or not, I can not reccomend QCS enough in particular the service and quality of the vehicle, Tony Thank You  Update: it's a year old now and just flew through its MOT and it's running better than ever, so I guess you can buy with confidence

Absolutely brilliant service. Enquired about the car and booked in a test drive. Car was perfect. Clean and ready to go. Arranged to pick the car up a week later after a new MOT and service. When I arrived the car was ready for me to take away. Tony was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy another car from him.

My step son bought a car from Tony at Queensferry Car Sales in January. Tony paid for a warranty wise policy on the car. Unfortunately after only 2 weeks the car wouldn’t go into gear. We called Tony & told him that the car had been taken to an approved Citroen garage. The car sat there for 3 weeks. I contacted Tony at QCS & he arranged to have the car picked up and a new clutch & flywheel fitted all within a week. Even though the car was in Bristol he still went the extra needed to get the job done . It’s not all about the profit with Tony , it’s about customer satisfaction. Would I recommend QCS ? YES I DEFINITELY WOULD.

Needed to purchase car long distance Tony was very helpful, car was ready and waiting. Pictures and description were accurate and transacrion was very smooth. Had as much time to look at the car as I wanted and he made sure I was happy before purchasing as well as going through history and work done on the car. I would recommend QCS.

I've never used such a trustworthy car dealer. I bought a cheap part exchange that turned out to be a dud. The matter was resolved quickly without much of a fuss. Would recommend, thanks guys

We bought a car from QCS for my daughter, who lives in Derby, on her behalf. The car was in immaculate condition, and had been thoroughly prepped for collection. Tony and his team  couldnt do enough for us and made sure the car was absolutely perfect so my daughter didn't have any issues with her being so far away and it being her first car. Several months later she is happily driving her little Micra round with confidence. She has never had any issues. We would highly recommend this company. Their honesty and integrity is second to none, which is difficult to find in a company these days. We have the next car on order for my son! HUGE thanks.

I recently brought a car from there at a very fair dealer price.  Well as luck would have it my car had some unforeseen problems, even though he put an MOT on for me AFTER I brought it. A 3 month warranty sounds good on paper, but until you have to actually use it you never know. He was decent and honoured the replacement catalytic converter, at some cost to himself!  Fair priced and honest with all after care is hard to come by. I would go there again, but hopefully not TOO soon!
