I have been renting a property managed by Cooke Curtis for the last 2 years and can only say the best things about their service. They are always accessible and quick to answer to our enquiries. Everything is taken care  of with such diligence, cordiality and convenience. I really couldn’t ask for a better service.

Cooke Curtis & co were as pleasant and helpful as anything; up until they had our money in their hands. From which point on, their charade of attentiveness subsided; leaving only pettiness, persnicketiness, and disrespectfulness. If you in any way value yourself as a tenant, you deserve better. Avoid at all costs.

We are so happy that we chose to sell our house with Cooke Curtis and Co and would highly recommend their services. We particularly appreciated their professionalism - communication was always friendly, prompt and transparent. We would definitely use them again if we move again in the future. Thank you!

We have recently sold and purchased using Cooke Curtis & Co.  They were a little different to previous experiences with other estate agents; they were more honest and less pushy.  We had lots of viewings and sold within 6 weeks, despite the market being particularly stagnant at the time.  Our purchase turned out to be a fairly complex one and they were extremely supportive and helpful in keeping the process flowing and the rest of the chain calm and happy whilst the issues got resolved.

Everyone at Cooke Curtis is so friendly and helpful, they answer queries/emails quickly and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
