I used Sharman Quinney, Great Shelford to sell my flat, they have been so helpful, easy to work with, supportive and responsive. We had an absolute nightmare moving with our chain, from cyber attacks with our solicitors, from deeds not being correct and mortgages running out of time. But despite all this we managed to move and the best person we dealt with through the whole process was Jen Cohen at Sharman Quinney. Although she was only dealing with our onward purchase, every time we spoke she was fully up to date with every detail of our chain. The communication, advise and assistance was second to none. I think the whole industry needs a shake up conveyancing wise and if there were more Jen’s around the whole process would be a lot smoother. 10/10
