Prices not bad but service is shocking. No one to even acknowledge when you're there for a booked service. After eventually getting someones attention long enough to drop the keys off I was told it would be a while so I left to run some errands. Got back well after the time stated to find they hadn't even begun to look at the car, only to have them ask me then what I wanted to have done on the car that day. Really just needs to sort the customer service out.
These guys were truly wonderful today when I had a warning light come on in my car and had no idea what to do. I was a bit emotional, but they sorted out my issue within a few minutes and sent me on my way feeling 100% better. Top service. Thank you so much, I’ve had an awful day, so this act of kindness really stands out x

Great service. Didn’t have an appointment but was still in and out within half an hour with a replacement valve fitted to my tyre and advice on sourcing a new pressure sensor. Really helpful staff.
We booked, arrived, were promptly looked after, diagnosed, parts taxied from Fulham and 1hr later done and dusted. A first class service by very informative, helpful, pleasant staff.
Arranged to take car in for a tyre change at 3.30pm. Arrived 15 mins early. Was told no appt was on computer but they would try to fit it in. Then, instead of a replacement tyre I had to have a tyre repair due to being out of stock. Seemed quiet but still took best part of an hr. Killburn much better customer service. Wandsworth is all about the money.
Unreliable service. They cancelled my MOT twice in 2 weeks, both times with less thank 24 hour notice and when I rebooked the 2nd time they assured me it wouldn’t be cancelled as they have more than one member of staff performing the MOTs during the week. However, this clearly isn’t the case as they still cancelled it. Just not great service really.
Shocking place didn't tell me how long the wait would be when they took my vehicle asked them after 2hrs did they know how long it will take was told all day I'd be waiting. Whilst waiting just saw customer after customer being told it will be ready in 45mins when they return to be told they are running behind will be another hour no organisation or thought for else people my have to do that day.
Fitted wrong tyre, not Porsche N1 rated which invalidates the warranty and a different make/tread to other tyre on same axle which is not safe, I had to explain to the tyre fitted what N! was! Gets a second star becasue they replaced the tyre with the correct one without charge which they had to do obviously.
When I arrived to collect my car, the work had not been completed. The person at the garage wasn’t able to deal with it so I was told to come back 3 hours later as the person to deal with it was at lunch but I had to remove my car from the premises so they had space to do other work! On return, I had to manoeuvre my car within the garage and ended up in collision with another car- something that would never have happened if I hadn’t had to return or if staff took responsibility for moving cars within the company’s premises. So overall not at all happy.
