After years of shoddy service at Audi main dealers, I turned to this highly rated independent. Easy from step one. Car was booked at short notice to my convenience. The issues that I had raised were dealt with expertly. Finally the service manager honestly went through everything that the car had done and points to consider in the future ie cam-belts. No tardiness, rudeness or lies that I have unfortunately come to expect from Audi main dealers. Would highly recommend.

Steve Russell is technically brilliant and infinitely resourceful. I can with all confidence recommend his independent Audi/VW service centre. I had a complex electronic problem (an intermittent parasitic drain on my car battery which could not be diagnosed using the normal Audi diagnostics). Steve managed to identify and resolve this issue AND at a very fair price. To me, he is my Audi/VW virtuoso ... and a good guy, too!!
