I had a good experience this morning. Arrived in good time. Nice clean car. Journey from crewe to Stoke hospital. Muhammad the driver was very pleasant. Dropped me outside the building I needed. Very reasonable price. I was able to track the taxi on my phone as it approached my house so I was able to get outside to meet him. Would happily use again.
I'm using constantly your services. For now it's worth 3 stars. The minus 2 stars is: 1. From the availability that is not always as it should be to cover the expectations 2. The attitude of some drivers that they are ruining your whole brand and the name of the company unfortunately. That's a reason a lot of customers are going to competitors as Uber because you can write your feedback for every driver and if specific drivers don't do their job as their should be they get expelled..... It's company's decision to take action and make the brand and the whole customer experience better. To close it, the new app is way better than the previous from customer perspective. Just don't drop it and try to constantly update it and promote new things to keep up the energy!
The driver was so rude and annoying! I had booked my ride for 7:20 am this morning and the driver got to me 7:10 he started calling and I told him I’ll be ready in about 5 minutes but he kept calling and saying if I’m not ready he’s gonna leave I should book another taxi. I eventually came out at 07:17. At drop off I saw on the reading that my fare was £5:70p. I gave him £10 but he gave me a change of £3:10p saying my fare was £5:90. I didn’t have time to argue with him because I was running late for work. I will appreciate it if that driver never gets to pick me again. Thanks
Sadly another unprofessional and dishonest driver - Rizwan NK63 ZNR. Thank you to the call operator for her professionalism and getting another driver to me promptly. Shame that some drivers are damaging your businesses reputation
They used to be great then the automated service on the phone. It’s so hit and miss. Sometimes it’s smooth you book and then get a text to say it’s on its way and you can track it. Then other times you get no link no message and you are left wondering if it’s going to come. Then other times it’s say looking for driver and you know full well there’s a driver sitting around on his phone not responding. You need to improve this automated service or you will lose a lot of loyal customers
Second terrible experience with Lucky Seven in two weeks. They are totally unreliable. I had a pre booked minibus booked and acknowledged weeks in advance to go from Barlaston to Stoke on Trent station to catch a train ahead of 18hrs of international flights. Booked for 15:20 pickup for a train at 16:10. At 15:20 app said looking for a driver, I can’t understand why this wasn’t done ahead of this time. At 15:30 still looking for a driver. I called at 15:30 to be told it would be 5-10 minutes this was a complete lie as they had no idea called again at 15:35 to be told “we are trying to find a drive who will accept” this is now 15mins after my planned pickup time. I had to make a decision and ordered two UBERs who arrived 7mins later and had to race to the station - we just made our train. Told Lucky Seven to cancel and I’m still awaiting my refund. Two weeks early I again had a taxi booked to make a train late morning. Taxi wasn’t assigned until 4 minutes after pre booked “pickup time” arrived 22 minutes late and only just made my train. How this company continues to operate is beyond me. The only job is to get people to where they want to be and be on time. How they can be “finding a drive who will accept the job” 15minutes after a planned pickup time is inexcusable. Never use this company!!
I've used this company for 40 years and have never complained. However, just lately I have used them to take my grandchildren to school, as it would take us 45 minutes to walk. I ring at least 15/30 minutes prior to needing them, on 3 occasions they have taken an hour to arrive. Now I realise they can be busy but it would be very helpful if they could tell you how busy they are, once you have booked. Once the better weather comes I will walk them to school but for now I am finding this a real problem, as I do not like the children to be late for school.
I booked a taxi to be picked up from Stoke Audi to take me to the train station. Taxi arrived at the pick up location and called to ask where I was so I explained that I’ll be another 5 to 10 minutes, to which he replied “okay I’ll wait for you”. I arrived within that timeframe but the taxi had gone and on calling the automated number, he had cancelled the booking. I called the office and received no apology, so I asked for one, the operator refused to offer one. Never again.
Pre booked and paid 4 days in advance. Taxi never arrived. Called the office twice to be told they trying to locate a driver. No apologies given! Do not use. Wish I had read the reviews on here.
My school where I work booked a taxi for me for 3:30pm today and they did not arrive. Instead kept saying they will be 10 minutes each time the school receptionist called. By the time I left in a Magnum taxi, it had been 50 minutes and the taxi still had not arrived. In the past Lucky Seven have had me waiting 1.5 hours for a taxi, hence why I personally would never call them. Extremely unreliable and no respect for anyones time.
