Pre Ordered taxi, turned up 1 hour 45 minutes late. During chase-up calls always said 5 minutes away and even "it's not your day" at one point. 7 seater turned into 2 separate cars then 1 car on turn around. Driver even rung at one point then rung to say his car had broken down. I honestly never post negative reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable.

Called for a taxi three times, waited over an hour. Nothing showed up ended up going with a different company. Wpuld have got home quicker if I'd walked

Cheapest and quick in areas of longton meir stoke shelton hanley Burslem and these surroundings.biggest fleet of taxis. Good Admin and customers Service.

Lovely drivers. Cheapest around. After my bus failed to turn up, Lucky Seven quickly arrived and my fare was a lot lower than other companies. Thank you guys.

I have used lucky 7 on a reg basis for over a year i have had rather a few bad experiences lately, The drivers have ripped me off when i question it they become very aggressive and rude. I rang the office for help and they were just as rude. There r a few nice ones but they r in the minority. I have been left in tears twice npw after a taxi ride from these. There is a lady in the office who is lovely but dont know her name. I have now gone elswere for transport as i no longer feel safe in their cars
