Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Easy check in, restaurant is great value. Rooms are always clean, well suited and quiet. I've stayed here many times without any issues. It's can get quite warm in the summer as there is no air con but they do have fans on request.
I’m currently staying at this hotel because of major repair work being done in my house. I am thoroughly enjoying my stay and the staff are absolutely fantastic and have gone above and beyond in terms of service and they are so helpful and friendly with that extra special personal touch. I’m disabled and wheelchair reliant and the facilities are great and my room is comfortable, clean bed is huge and comfortable. The room has its en-suite wet room toilet with grab rails shower chair etc. I’m having a great time. It’s close to amenities the city centre being a stone’s throw away from the hotel. I use an electric wheelchair so I’m there in no time! I would highly recommend this hotel. The meals are fantastic too!
I spent a night here on a trip to Glasgow and as premier ends go it was pretty okay. The breakfast was decent but the actual hotel was a little bit grimier than other premier in hotels I have stayed at. The pub was open late and it was a nice little bit of an atmosphere in there, but the person serving me under bar was also the receptionist so sometimes you had to wait to be served but that wasn't their fault because they should have had more staff on. Room was pretty clean and everything else was okay.
Quiet. Clean. Safe. Close to city centre. Car parking charge a bit of a bummer. Shower could have been better. It is what it is. Premier Inns is hugely successful because it knows who it's customers, knows what they expect and delivers on cost and quality. That's its so difficult getting a booking at times.
Great location for City Centre , about 10min max walk .nHotel staff friendly when you can find one!.nRooms spacious but carpets in rooms & stairwell were filthy , worn & needing replaced this is what brought Hotel Mark down.nNice toiletries provided in bathroom but toilet roll very scarce weird.nWould I stay again ...yes .nOnly big issue I had was Car Park privately owned & not Hotel fault.nIf staying at Hotel you get voucher for discount on departure £6 per night norm £10 , but beware you need to be out of Hotel Room for 12 , but you also need to be out of car park for 12 also or you will be charged another night stay .nWe left room minutes before 12 , but as lift was broken it took us a good 10min to go up & down stairs getting all our items & taking over to car . Then there was 2 people in front of us so a queue at the Meter Machine , by the time I inputed my registration plate it was 12.10 & I had been charged another night stay in car park for those 10min . I would have been cheaper paying for my 2 night stay & paid for an hour parking but instead the machine charged me 3 nights parking . So beware !
