Stayed here for 1 night, as we were attending a gig at The Old Fruitmarket. Great location, about 15 minutes walk from the gig, and loads of nightlife, which all looked pretty good. Hotel was clean, all the staff we encountered were friendly, and the bar was still open when we got back at 11pm. Breakfast was nice. Parking was £6 overnight, and although it didn't look that secure no barrier it was fine. I'd definitely stay there again.
Very pleasant place to stay in Glasgow! Very close to city centre, staff were so friendly and breakfast was amazing, buffet was so good and can help yourself instead of ordering. Nice and modern hotel too.
Considering they were short staffed due to travel to hotel, was good. Lovely guy, never got his name, doing all front of house, bar, waiting on etc, did great, he was always smiling Thanks to the boss who gave me plasters, nice place to stay xx would have loved to stay for breakfast but had to try get home
One star is far too high for this hotel. Booked this hotel for a one night stay in Glasgow, phoned ahead of arrival to get early check in, this was granted. We arrived at this hotel and by god we wish we didn’t, first impression was ok somewhere to sleep for the night, went up to the room, let’s just say what we came across was the room now ready, I understand things like this happen, but the receptionist was just unhelpful unapologetic and didn’t seem to care, asked for a refund so we could go else where, she went to check with her manager….. came back a few moments later and said she could not refund at the property we had to contact guest relations, I asked for a number she didn’t know the number, had to Google it and she googled the number for reservations not guest relations asked to speak to the manager but she wasn’t in today? Well five minutes ago she went to speak to her regarding the refund, was the worst customer service I have ever had in any hotel and so unprofessional customer service!
This is a standard premier inn, usual comfy beds and basic rooms, nothing fancy but it doesn't claim to be. The parking here is cheap, £5 per night, much cheaper than the centre and its only a 10-15 min walk to the merchant city, would rather stay here than the George Square one snd its usually much cheaper room pricesRooms: 4/5
Fantastic value for money. Paid £120 for 2 nights here. Friendly staff, great location close to City Centre approx 10 min walk, plenty of parking charged at £4 per 24 hours which we were told in advance. Breakfast buffet was amazing with something for everyone. Room was large and spacious with HUGE bed and a comfy chaise longe which I think could be used as extra bed. Large bathroom with massive shower and free toiletries. There were tea and coffee making facilities as well as a hairdryer in the room. Cannot fault this place. Comfort, convenience, peaceful and felt very refreshed after our stay.
Decent hotel, within easy walking distance to top of town merchant city area. Nice clean comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was tasty with a decent choice for continental and fully cooked breakfasts.Rooms: 4/5

A bit tired in communal areas but rooms clean and tidy. Felt the place was short on staff and short of experienced staff. Breakfast as always a good buffet eat all you can eat style. Parking £6 for 24hrs with slip from reception at check in.Rooms: 4/5
A large car park. Close to some local shops. 5 minute drive from the city centre. Nice and clean, exactly what you expect at a premier InnRooms: 5/5
