Great little guest house, self check in, which was easy. It's easy to find the hotel also. Secure parking close by if you need it . Within walking distance to the Brighton centre, and all shopping etc. Rooms well furnished, lovely comfortable bed, nice crisp clean bedding. Tea and coffee facility excellent, though I thought a small fridge would be useful for fresh milk as the person I was with needed to have almond milk due to allergies. Carpets clean. Enough hanging space for clothing for a weekend. Shower clean and shower gel etc.  Noteworthy details: Robert  was very helpful when I needed to contact him with the  booking.

Decent for the price - really good location especially as we were going to a concert at the Brighton centre so ideal for getting back from that 3 min walk! Room was fine and beds were comfy so had a good nights sleep! check in was easy and clear and everything was very clean. Very good value for money considering the location!  Only odd thing was that the slope the house was built on was obviously not corrected when building the house which meant it felt like we were on a lean - not an issue really especially as it’s an older building so something that can’t be corrected, but was an interesting climb up the stairs after some drinks!!  Nearby activities: The Brighton centre is a 3 minute walk away so would recommend if looking for somewhere to stay after an event!

Location couldn’t be better - right near shopping centre, short walk to the sea and easy reach of Brighton’s amazing array of good traditional pubs. Had an issue with access to the building to start with but was resolved and owner pleasantly communicative. Room clean, bed comfortable. Tea, coffee, water, tv all good. Shower cubicle a bit tired but shower itself was fine. All in all very good for the price. Would stay again.

Great short stay at Churchill. The owner was so accommodating letting me stay a bit longer in the room so I could work and easy. He even helped me get my charger back that I forgot! Room basement level was very clean and as expected - small but perfectly formed with a hot shower and range of tea ! Would recommend.Rooms: 5/5

Stayed for the weekend with my partner for a cheap get away. Places was lovely and we were well looked after. We will definitely be staying again!  Nearby activities: Bars and beach  Walkability: 2 mins from bars and the beach

Avoid this place like the plague. Barged into my room whilst my girlfriend was naked. Assaulted me by pushing me down the stairs. Police informed and he denied allegations. Check the reviews to see the stinking attitude the owner has. Rude & obnoxious.  Edit. My girlfriend had repeated told you she was naked. I was hardly screaming. Why did you deny to the police you entered? I have the report that I will publish once proceedings have taken place.  You pushed me down the stairs and pointed in my face. I will be pursuing this matter. Rude rude man.  Upon reading reviews you don't take any negative criticism. Not the way to run a business.

Great comfortable room and location. Check-in process was easy and simple. No fuss. More importantly, they understand customer service. When I left my earphones behind, the team were extremely helpful posting them back to me the very next day.  Thank you.

Perfect location, clean quiet room in a well run guest house. Owner very helpful especially as I left my shaver in the room. He is posting it to me! FOC!!  Nearby activities: Central Brighton  Safety: On a quiet street, felt safe.  Walkability: Easy access to city centre

Great little guest house. Close to everything. Smallish room. Decent bed. Half decent hot shower. Tea/coffee available in room. Cheap and cheerfulRooms: 4/5

What a lovely boutique hotel! And at a great location in the heart of town. We enjoyed our room with its super comfy bed and provisions for 4 cups of tea, and loved sitting out on our balcony. The proprietor was so friendly and helpful. Five stars!
