Very nice hotel, lovely location, on the seafront, next to the lanes, not too far from the shops so very ideal. Security late at night checking who was coming in which I thought was reassuring. Lifts are very speedy! Odd that the window in our room looked out onto the inside of the hotel but wasn't too bothered by this, better than a view of a building site or a car park.nHad their breakfast which was lovely, very tasty and make sure you have the smoothies hidden behind the orange juice, they were lush. Not enough tables available for all the guests which was not ideal and should be more staff on check out when the online checkout does not work.nBut overall a great hotel that I would visit again.

We selected this hotel based on reviews and location to the pier and seafront. We selected a family room which had two double/queen size beds in it. Very comfortable. The hotel is great. Lovely foyer and swimming pool area including a stream room and sauna and gym. The whole family which included two girls aged 10 & 14  give this hotel 5 stars. Service was friendly and relaxed. We would wholly recommend.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront and had a wonderful experience overall.nnThe food was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality dishes that made dining a pleasure. The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean, offering a perfect space to relax. The service was also exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile.nnThe only thing that lets this hotel down is the wellness and spa area, which isn’t quite on par with the standards I’ve experienced at other Leonardo hotels. While it was functional, it could use some updates to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.nnThat said, it’s still a fantastic place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for its food, service, and location!

Stunning hotel, has everything you could wish for. Our room even smelt amazing! Breakfast outstanding, lovely gym, sauna, steam and pool. Great location on the seafront with clear views of the sea. And affordable we paid £133 for 1 night with breakfast.

I had an amazing experience staying here with my two daughters! The price was just right, and the place was spotless. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help, which made our stay even better. And I can't say enough about the breakfast—it was fantastic! Plus, the location right on the seafront was perfect for exploring everything nearby. We can’t wait to go back soon!
