CHILDER THORNTON CAR SALES LTD

Would of gave no stars but no option for that! These guys are absolute cowboys. After buying a car from them less than a month ago its already been in the garage and racked a nice bill up!! The car was sold with 12 months MOT and it had no advisories but when it came to taking it to the garage it had a list of problems which should of been an instant fail. Upon phoning about all the things wrong with the car the man became very defensive saying it was perfect when it left their forecourt baring in mind i had the car 6 days and the problems arose. So he was blaming me! Netherless I had everything fixed as I have 2 young children who travel in the car with me and it was shocking to learn how dangerous the car was and could of resulted in something more serious if I didnt have it looked over, serviced and fixed. Poor service from these guys and never again will I buy from backend garages like themselves. Lesson well and truly learnt. Out for the money and nothing more!

Would have liked to put 0 stars! Absolute rogues! They love to sell unsafe, unroadworthy cars and put families in danger. Buy from a reputable garage to ensure you're getting what you pay for.

I would give this place an absolutr wide birth we thoughr it was just the seat that was a issue we were not told about anything else but later we noticed the back seat doesnt go down the boot doesnt open electronixally like it should the wipers were dogey and the halfords guy actually said could of caused a accident when i went to get yhem replaced the key was broke i had to get a replacement i could go on and on dont get a car from this place whatever you do it is not worth it !!!!! We didnt even have 12 month mot which i got told they must have when sold !!!! I dread taking it for mot

Recently bought a car from here, no pressure to buy, great knowledge and couldn't of been more helpful, I would say they actually went above and beyond. I highly recommend them if your looking at buying a car.
