Hollywood Car Sales

I have bought 2 cars over the past years from this dealership. I was looked after well both times. No pushy sales men. They left me looking, once they introduce themselves, which was a nice change from other dealerships I had been to. My second car ended up with a small problem a few months after purchase and even though the work needed was not covered by the warranty (I knew about the warranty and what was covered when I bought the car), they still sorted it free of charge for me. I am now looking for my 3rd car and will be buying from Hollywood car sales again.

Hired a transit van for the day. Great service, straight forward. Van was in good working order. Unfortunately I clipped a curb, popped the tyre. Instead of taking the full £100 deposit, they took the value of a tyre. If that is not fair then I don't know what is. Would definitely use Hollywood car sales again. Highly recommend.

Poor staff service, waiting about 10 minutes stood standing whilst somebody looked at me through an office window yet didnt come to ask if i needed any help. The mechanic is one the rudest and grumpiest individuals i have ever met in my life. To put things bluntly Hollywood car sales should really hire pest control as their staff are vermin !
