Absolutely brilliant staff. Didn't make you feel pressured or forced to buy anything but felt very comfortable and at ease when the sale was agreed. Very swift process to complete. Would highly recommend!

Saw a car here today, just about to take it for a test drive, after being helped by a great sales advisor, when the boss came over with another couple and took the keys and informed us that I could only have the car as long other this couple didnt want it!!! I was flabbergasted, as I had been there for ages looking at it. Not only was the owner of Wirral cars extremely rude and disrespectful but so was the husband of the couple, both were very arrogant!! I am astonished at what happened. Although this other couple apparently rang about this car yesterday, even though it has no picture on Wirral car sales site, I was still there first viewing it today, therefore I should have been informed about this so called appointment when I started viewing the vehicle. Terrible customer service
