Picked up our brand new Ford Focus this week from M53 Ford. Only walked in a few weeks back just to what they had on offer and was served by Lee Hardy. The professionalism and customer service myself and my wife received was second to none. We just could not help but buy our new car from here. The owner of the garage even came to meet us when we took delivery, This family run business is truly fantastic. Everything is explained step by step and even the after service care is tremendous. I strongly recommend this dealership. We went to a Mercedes dealership prior to walking into M53 Ford and was rather underwhelmed. Thank you Phil and the team. You made buying a car a pleasurable experience but a massive thanks to Lee.

Wow what can I say.. excellent service as soon as we stepped foot on the forecourt. Made us feel welcome and helped right from the start. Neil was great and very friendly, had my car within 3 days of the first visit. Nothing asked was to big..everything was explained fully by him and I knew what to expect when taking out a finance with nothing hidden. He also makes a great brew 😄

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from these guys. I was initially told up to a 4 week wait for my new car and it came just after 2. Admittedly I got a little inpatient and became a bit of a nightmare customer and Neil Morris remained professional and polite at all times. Really did feel like a priority customer and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for everything guys, aboksutely in love with my new car :)

Neil at Ellesmere Port was fantastic! Great and easy purchase from start to finish! Would definitely buy from this garage again!
