In Dec 2025 we bought our DS3 from Heatherland Car Sales..The viewing & buying experience was excellent,very relaxed not pushy.. The car we bought was very well presented, even the advisories on MOT were put right proir to buying, we had only one small issue which was resolved very professionally and without fuss.. communication was excellent throughout.. overall an excellent experience... would I buy here again ? Would I recommend them ... YES 100% I would .. Purchasing a Car should be an enjoyable experience ,regardless of the price range and ours certainly was .. Thanks guys .. Graham & Jo
Bought a Nissan Note from Craig December 2025.nFrom the very beginning, Craig was very friendly, helpful and courteous.nThe car was prepared really well and I was very pleased.nThere was a slight problem with the car glow plugs, but Craig sorted it immediately all under the 3 month warrenty.nWould definitely use again and fully recommend Heatherland Car Sales.
Never buy a car from this place, I have only had the car since August and its had 3 oil leaks and now the headgasket has blown so the car has to be scrapped. Unfortunately i didn't listen to the locals who said don't buy from this place as it has a reputation for being dodgy. So thats 3k down the pan hole cheers
Very disappointing experiencenI came in to look at an automatic Fiesta for £4,000 with Craig and was actually ready to put down a deposit after taking some time to think about it. However, Craig told me he thought I wasn’t ready for a car, which was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. He was also extremely rude and defensive when I asked simple questions about the vehicle. Overall, a really unpleasant experience — please think twice before buying from this place.
Nice guys, unfortunately am looking for a very specific car, deposit down, will be hopefully collecting soon, a friend bought one from them this week, lets hope alls well - so far so good update had the car a year they honoured some repairs under the warranty and the car sailed through her MOT, no advisories so pleased as punch had some minor repairs but nothing costly
