I've been visiting this Centre since last August, following my runs, for a leg massage.  I'm very pleased with the state of my legs which, given my age (no details!), are in very good condition.  (Regarding pains, I used to get a few pains during the massage, but to me this is about the resistance of the muscles themselves, and I always try to conceal it.  Also, it doesn't happen any more.)  Finally, I intend to try the herbal medicines the next time I am feeling ill.

I go there for back, neck and shoulder massage I have been there quite a few times. I don’t normally have much problem it’s alright. I wouldn’t say it’s the best but it s local and they always free so I can just walk in and have massage. But today it was really bad, room was freezing cold, the woman who was doing the massage she was putting too much pressure, I was in pain and the owner was talking loudly on the phone which was very annoying when trying to relax.the owner said they did 50 mins massage which was a big lie normally I wouldn’t check the time but today I messaged my friend just before  I lied down so I knew the time very well and I know it was just under   30 mins she asked me to pay extra I showed her the time I texted my friend as a proof she still ask me to pay extra I refused to pay that because  it was under 30 mins. She insisted me to pay more ,at the end I payed the usual amount but it was unnecessary stress for me.she was so busy talking on the phone  couldn’t even calculate the time also her English not so good ,makes it so hard to communicate.i will never go back there. 👎🏼👎🏼

these ladies know what they are doing, I had such tight sore shoulders and they helped me no end!
