Had a gr8 day here with friends full packed keep fit classes large swimming pool. Gr8 lunch varied walks .loved this place compared to other spas lots of relaxing time too. Massage very good by shy.

Had a wonderfully relaxing time here for 3 days and 2 nights, with friends. The pool area is under renovation but can still be used. Parts have been rejuvenated to a high standard others were like me when I got there, tired and jaded but it really didn't spoil the experience. Will definitely go back.

Not a good start. Didn't have a clue what we were doing. First treatment cancelled. Toilet facilities not looked after. Water fountains empty. Facial and massage lovely. Claire and Abi very nice.

Room was nice and clean but almost impossible to get book on any classes (unless up at the crack of dawn). Building and facilities showing their age. Currently being renovated so hopefully it will refind it's former glories. Snowdrop trail through the woods was nice.

It was. A good experience overall and very relaxing. However for the money we paid it could have been better. We were told that the renovations to the building won't effect our stay however thalassotherapy treatment was cancelled twice and the men's steamroom was out of use. We both had treatments done and the therapist was truly experienced and professional. Gave me the best facial and I don't say that lightly. I am very picky with my treatments. The sauna room is too small and was full all the time. I didn't like people rubbing on me so had to leave every time as people would just come and squash you even when there was no space for them to sit. Overall we enjoyed it but not up to the expectations or promises they make apart from the treatments and the therapist. The food was healthy and lots of varieties to choose from. I won't be returning until all the renovations have been done.
