My wife and I stayed with friends for two nights over the weekend and had a very enjoyable break. An hotel is only as good as its staff and we found all of the staff to be excellent. They were all extremely pleasant and helpful across all areas of the hotel. In spite of the dreadful weather our room was kept very warm and comfortable. We had dinner on two occasions and the meals were excellent. We certainly had no grounds for complaint and would recommend the hotel.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Even before our visit I had to make arrangements with reception about keeping extra ice blocks that I bought for my cool bag frozen so I could keep my own milk etc.. chilled. (I am on a specific diet due to intolerance of certain things) I thought that eating in the restaurant was going to be tricky but the waiting staff found out all the things that I needed to know about ingredients and such. They even had gluten free bread and rolls which were delicious, gluten free is usually like cardboard. The hotel itself is really pretty and the room was certainly adequate. Bed was really comfortable. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Very nice setting with polite and helpful staff. The room was reasonable but quite small. Evening meal was well presented and delicious. Usage of the wellness centre on site is great at no extra charge. Plenty of parking and next to the golf course.

My husband had an enjoyable 2-days stay here. We enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant as well as the service offered by Bekke at the front desk. She solved all the problems for us, such a helpful and pleasant girl. Besides Lucie, a waitress at the restaurant, also gave us very good service. They both impressed us so much. We would like to give them our heartfelt thanks and we will surely make our holiday here again.

Attended a wedding here a few weeks ago. Nice setting for the hotel and the meal was good. However the one let down was the price of drinks. Iwas charged £5.95p for a 500ml bottle of London Pride ale. This is way above London event prices and when i enquired how much IPA ale on the pump was i was told £4.80. How can a bottle with less in cost £1.15 more? Some of my fellow guests also remarked about the high prices of their drinks. This was a shame really as everything else was good here. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would suggest you look at your suppliers of alcohol as you should be able to get a much better deal. London Pride sells for £1. 50p wholesale.
