Aneta was great! Very good customer service however I have not found this the case with all the staff. One treatment I had wasn't good at all and I wouldn't recommend it. The treatment I had with Aneta was good and I would recommend massage with her.

Beautiful hotel, lovely warm welcome from all staff. Facilities spot on. Clean and comfortable, well worth the money.Didnt have treatments but used the hot tub and pool, very relaxing. Will be going back again.. and again... and again...:D

I booked a mani pedi for me and a mans one for my partner. I booked them all together and when we arrived we were done separately, as in one treatment after another (he had pedi, came back out and sat in the waiting room, I had pedi etc). I did not realise you had to add two people to the booking, even when two different therapist were assigned. It was uncomfortable to go and have the treatment, come out and wait whilst your partner goes in. They didn’t offer to do it together and didn’t explain it was to be separate either. There were other therapists doing nothing during this too. They were sitting in the reception having a chat, about three of them. The therapist we did have was nice and made it slightly less uncomfortable. I wouldn’t go back for the lack of customer care or awareness.
