Bedford Gym Fitness First

I have been with this gym for over 2 years. So relaxed and calm atmosphere. Staff and paying members are polite and are people with good attitudes. Gym facilities are there to suit my needs. Steam and sauna is a healer after pain. Overall good natured people, cleanliness, steam and sauna makes me want to go all the time.

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I like to do my own thing usually but have been taking part in the classes which are very good and motivate me to train.

This combines the friendliness of a small, private gym with the advantages of a large chain really well. Standard of cleanliness is so much better than other gyms I've been to, things are well maintained and have been upgraded several times since I joined. I don't really use the gym as I love the group exercise classes so much but there is always a buzz. The instructors are all fab and make the classes fun. For me, this is the best club in Bedford.

Recently returned back to fitness first. So much better than it used to be. helpful staff. Great Personal trainers. Receptionists are welcoming and helpful. Can personally recommend PT Jo. Classes are great. I never thought I would be able to do some of the things I'm now doing. So if you used to go all I can say is come back and give it a go. You will be very surprised.
