With reference to M Smith's review I got the same treatment! Not very helpful - told us that we'd fitted the gearing incorrectly and that he wouldn't touch it! But like M Smith, fixed by Halfords in 10 mins! And then shops like this wonder why they don't stay in business 🤔

Called in advance. The pedal arm on my fold up bike had fallen off while cycling. Helpful over the phone. Took the bike in and it was fixed for a good price, within 10 minutes. Lovely guy.

Very pleased with the service here. When I had a mechanical problem 50 miles from home, I brought it here and the owner fixed it immediately and for a very good price.

We brought a bike from here 20 years ago. Bob said then the bike would last and 20 years later I have brought it in for a little professional TLC. Experience, knowledge and great advice. What more could you want from a business. I have always been impressed with this company and of course the company is Bob.

I've always had great service - it's good value and my bike has always been ready on time. It's nice to support a small business like this, instead of the big chains.
