Website is not genuine. Lots of false negative review that they refuse to remove even with proof unless the dealer pays to 'join' them. It appears dealers can pay to have their rating increased and have better reviews!After some digging the website is not even registered with who it claims to be as the person registered claims to have no knowledge of this website whatsoever. Seems a complete scam. Very dodgy, stay away and do not believe what you read

Disgusting service complete lies from this company do not verify reviews lie and cheat customers. As a result I have contacted Autotrader who are a partner and they didn’t know anything about the company. With a little more digging I have found who they are regulated by and have raised an official complaint with Autotrader too..... maybe they should fix their reviews before advertising lies for other businesses After writing the Google review and sending through m,y bank statement to show the customer bought the car from me Shaun from car dealer review emailed back saying that all the customer has to do is write in to say he wants the review removed. EVEN AFTER PROVING THE REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DEALERSHIP STATED HOW CAN THIS COMPANY STILL OPERATE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No use whatsoever, completely unverified negative reviews, comments by Mark Blunt & Liam Jones are bang on, extremley disappointed on their processes to confirm authencitity of comments made

They do not verify the negative reviews and allow inaccurate and false info to be posted, they do no care about the dealer side even when a neg review is proved to be fake they leave it on. awful service no one ever replies to emails

Complete fake website , happy to slaughter competitors of Zuto finance with fake unsubstantiated un proven allegations , if you are a finance broker (used car dealer) if you don't use Zuto rest assured this company will attempt to destroy your company.
