I drove up from Poole, Dorset, to collect my i30N Performance (in white), from Jonathan Morris. I have had the car a few days now and have driven over 350 miles… what a car. I changed from the Ford Focus RS, which is a great car, but I do not regret changing, in fact, I would go as far as to say… I am very glad I did. There are too many good things about the car to mention, but I must mention the great exhaust sound in ALL drive modes but in ″N″ mode, wow... its even better AND is louder than the RS in Sport Mode (which takes some doing), how are those exhaust bangs legal! Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with, and I am an extremely satisfied West Riding Hyundai customer… if you are thinking of buying a "hot hatch," you MUST drive this car before you decide... I am now going for a drive :)

Bought a 65 plate Tuscon from John the service manager, the dealership was busy so John took us for a drive and ended up doing the whole process with him. Great service and very happy with my car. 

Only downside was the valet the car had before we took delivery of the car was very poor, looked at the spare wheel and it was filthy and so were the plastics. Also need a new rear wiper as doesn't clear rain. No hot chocolate available in the machine it just poured what seemed dirty water.

Overall very happy besides this - hope John got the commision! Thanks again

The service to buy my car was great. I have also had to use their repairs due to an electrical problem.  They have been able to loan me a car. The only problem has been the fact my car broke in the first place

I felt obliged to write a review as a result of my positive experience here. Had an ongoing issue with my car that was addressed by the service manager here with honesty and courtesy - I felt like I was being genuinely helped out as opposed to being extorted for money (which can be a (real or imagined) worry in relation to car repairs etc). I will be coming back here again if I have any issues. Thanks.
