After ringing up to book a simple appointment I was put on hold for 35 minutes while the rep tried to find out what the price was, only for him to forward my call to the main switchboard again so that he didn't have to deal with it. I've now been on hold for another 10 minutes with another rep. Absolutely USELESS.

Great experiance. Really enjoyed the whole process of buying my E 220. After care is also above what I expected. Respect to Lee Cox :-)

Bought a lovely C-class 220d from Tony Rutter - we genuinely got on well from the start - and he sold me a beauty. Made buying a car more of a pleasure than a burden. Brought it back to get one of the electronic windows reprogrammed and a new key (more complicated than it sounds!). Can't wait to go back for something even better next year ! Other staff also nice to talk to when I pop in for the valet service. Nice place to go.

I would like to thank to Brian S. for a fantastic customer service today (03/03). He really went an extra mile to find out what I was looking for. He's got a great knowledge about the cars and told me few interesting facts that I wasn't aware of. 👍🏼👌🏼 Will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Edyta
