I have used this branch for the last couple of months since purchasing my jaguar E pace, which was purchased from a third party. I had a couple of issues which the dealership handled quickly and their customer service was brilliant but most recently I needed to contact the recovery team. I was given a courtesy car while my car was being worked on, when collecting my car the lady dealing with me was lovely and professional she got a technician to come out and check that I was happy with the car and gave me every confidence that if there was anything I wasn’t satisfied with they would take it and look over it again. I have only had good experiences at JLR Manchester. I do think it helps to remember that we are all only human and people sometimes have good days and bad days, having said that I have never had a bad day from this dealership.

I live a long distance away from Manchester, but they had a car I liked. Tony Green picked my initial enquiry, listened to what I needed and gave me an excellent video review of the car addressing all points I wanted to see. When I arrived for collection, it was like new, even though over 5yrs old - exactly as described. Unfortunately, it developed a fault on the way home. Turned out to be one that would take a long time to repair due to availability of spare parts. Now, this is where you get to know who really stands behind their products! Not to worry - they took care of it all. Collected my car for repair and provided a great loan car for the duration. Once repaired, my car was returned to me and the loan car taken back. Not once did I have to worry. For this reason alone, I recommend Williams JLR. And I'll be back for another car in future.

The person helping throughout the whole process was Josh, without him I don’t even think this was possible ! Brilliant guy, knows how to build relationship, and is always available to help. Also has a great knowledge about cars , and gave good recommendations. Would have got ugly wheels if it wasn’t for him  he took me to see the cars outside to make sure I am happy with my selection.nnAlso the people working in the showrooms are always very welcoming
