The staff are polite but this place is slow. Car in almost 4 days to replace keys and reprogramme. Don’t seem to commit to clear timescales as to when the car is ready. Then when it is ready for collection you are waiting for over half an hour to pay and be on your way.  The experience disrupted my wife’s week. Unable to plan anything - expectations not managed at all!

In hindsight should have looked for an independent auto locksmith, some keep parts in stock ready.

Also tried to say the all in price was just for parts when collected- luckily the phone conversation was recorded so price honoured!

Apprehensive because of the number of negative reviews but in fact I thought they were very good. 
A little slow – you do have to wait around but the staff are professional and they don’t overcharge.

Disappointed with the quality of work carried out and the timeliness of the work. Waited 45 mins for car to be washed after being advised it was ready to collect. Given a very insulting offer on trade in when i could see the figures on the screen in front of me, reception and service staff friendly however.

Absolutely awful customer service. 

Called to book a service and on the first occasion I was disconnected within a few seconds. Following my second attempt the service team failed answer the call, but the receptionist captured my details and promised a call back. It's been more than a few days as I still await a call back from the elusive service team at Williams Landrover.

Amazing staff Nice cars british built im in the trade and do many Terraclean services and Dpf services to many makes and models Landrover been the better built with fewer problems than most other car companies. 
the building It looks lovely, its one of the first things you see when coming off the Mancunian Way towards Princess Parkway as you enter miss side Its gardens are very well landscaped and maintained.
