A refreshing change, fantastic sales team, no pressure, very knowledgable and helpful. Gareth made me feel like valued customer. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept me up to date throughout the process and delivered the car as promised. Sales Manager Louis was extremely helpful and approachable. I would definitely recommend the Mini experience.

They are amazing Kathy is so welcoming and nothingnis too much trouble, if you have a mini and it needs servicing or repairs, speak to these guys. We We do be back again

This was by far the best and easiest experience of part exchange/buying a car I have ever had. They've got a really friendly team but in particular I should mention Sam Lenny who was my sales advisor, a very enthusiastic character who is clearly passionate about cars and knows what he is talking about.

He was exceptional in accommodating my specific requests as I had to drive 3.5 hours from London to simply view the car, let alone buy it. As it was a bit of gamble to travel all the way there, he made things easier by recording a couple of custom videos that were sent to me via text message where he showed me the exterior and interior of the car, making comments about things that would appeal specifically to me.

I told him that if I were to do this journey and potentially purchase the car then it would have to be ready for me to drive away that day as it's difficult for me to drive up and down the country. 

Not only was the car in spectacular condition and ready to purchase/drive away when I got to Manchester, but Sam actually came in on his day off to make sure he was there to oversee the process.

Great experience, great car, no complaints!
