My wife was looking for a certain car and wasn't having much luck at other dealers, even another Renault dealer. We found one at this dealership and called, spoke to Matt, but unfortunately the car had just sold. He explained he had another but a little more expensive.
We thought about it and drove there to have a look. There was no usual sales pressure as you get in other dealers, not mentioning names.
Matt put us at ease, so we decided on the other car, so glad we did.
We picked it up today, great friendly staff who you can have a laugh with.
Also Michelle was very good with us.
Thank you and we won't hesitate on using you again.

Visited the used car sales yesterday and spoke with a salesman with no hair. Salesman was awful and reminded me of someone who actually wanted to get rid of you and go home. Made little attempt to try sell a car to me or understand what I wanted exactly, so ended up going into the new cars sales where they were very helpful. Hopefully I will receive all the correct information following the new car sales visit and purchase a car, but I nearly just left following the used car sales experience. Tip: don't employ a guard dog on the used sales section who doesn't know how to smile or greet customers if you want to sell a car!
I then went to the new car sales, test drive a car and spent the next 3-4 requesting information around quotes, car spec detail and found the communication absolutely awful. I contacted the branch by phone, e mail several times seeking information, so ended up purchasing a car elsewhere.
It's very worrying for accompany that you have customers wanting to purchase a car, yet the customer has to force the dealership for information.
Maybe the dealership is selling too many cars and making too much money and don't need the business? (Very bizarre)

The dealer (Derek) who dealt with me was very polite and helpful and couldn't do enough. He made it really easy for me to make the right purchase for me. I would definetly recommend this place if you are looking to purchase a car either new or used.

After weeks spent trying to find the car we wanted, we ended up speaking to Nick at Renault Retail in Manchester. He quickly found the right car at the right price, offered us a fair price for ours, and arranged for us to come and view and collect on the same night. There was no pushy sales technique - he just listened to us and got what we wanted. It was incredibly simple and a massive relief, after we'd reached the point where we thought we'd never get a new car. We're really happy with everything and would definitely return!
