Definitely do not recommend!We purchased a 4 yrs old car at the end of August. On the way home the sensor for water in the fuel lit up in the dashboard. Took the car back and they've sorted the filter but again on the way home noticed the AC is not working at all the fuse was blown during the change of the filter I presume. Returned again to the dealer and initially they said I need to book another appointment to fix it,which meant driving another 70 miles to come and another 70 to return home.It was only when I said that I will return the car that they fixed it immediately. On purchase they said that the spare key is damaged and I will receive it by post in 3 weeks. We have emailed and called the branch,including emailing customer service and guess what? 8 weeks down the line and still haven't heard anything. In the meantime it rained and we noticed that it actually rains inside the car. It's now booked for a diagnose but I presume we will have to cover the cost even though we only had it 8 weeks. I understand that a used car won't be perfect but I don't understand the poor customer service after the sale, whilst the car is in warranty. I previously bought a car from Arnold Clark and I must say I regret not doing that again as their customer service was outstanding.
David at Westway Nissan treated me with respect and has good hospitality.He acted professional and assured me my car would be well and proper fixed which makes me comfortable throughout my stay. However,Nissan make has always been my best since i started driving because i have never had issues with any of their cars. Nissan is as strong as the ROCK it drives very smoothly and would give you more confidence when driving. I do not think any other brand is as good as Nissan especially their JUKE. I love Nissan so much
I am regular to this showroom. Always received awesome service at this branch. Today again visited. Paul and Dave helped me with my query. Fit me in to health check of my car within short notice. Absolutely legends both of them. Went extra miles to help me. We don’t see smily and helpful faces like them two everyday. Thank you so much Paul & Dave of your help.
The service I received from Richard Holland was impeccable and I could not have asked for anything better. He constantly kept me in formed with updates on the arrival of my new car. Arranged the collection of the car at a time that was best for me. Would definitely recommend Nissan west way Manchester to friends and family.
Excellent service from James at Westway Manchester. From start to collection of the car, he made the extra effort which in my book is good customer service. He made sure that I was happy and made follow up calls as promised. Keep it up ;
Customer service was absolutely Terrible to say the least. The sales man, James, would say he would call me back and he never did. I ended up going in store only to discover that my information was not even stored and I had to fill in a new form. I called a few days later and did not hear any feedback, a week went past again and I had to call him back to hear the progress of my order. I ended up changing my mind and going with a different car/dealer, even getting my refund is a struggle, he said he will call me back within an hour yesterday but I still haven’t heard back. Unconscious bias is a real thing… you can go to any other Nissan dealer but not Westway Manchester, customer service there is appalling
