Awful from start to finish! Tried to buy a second hand car and scared off the forecourt by the guard dog salesman, so tried my luck with the new car sales and what a fiasco!

Several e mails, calls into the showroom, 2 visits she even a test drive and they couldn't get a quote back to me after numerous reminders!

Lucky escape really, as now bought another car with a rival company who were super helpful!

I am surprised that haven't gone bust running a business like this!

I was contacted by the branch manager as you mentioned immediately following  your reply and he resolved the issue with the other dealership. I was reassured the car will be ready for us to collect on Saturday. Many thanks again for your support

STAY AWAY. They are a bunch of unhelpful crooks led by their sales manager Danny Varner (I believe that's his surname). They sold me a dodgy vehicle which I bought brand and it has engone problems as well as other electrical faults. They purposely serviced it beyond 30 days so I couldn't return it. Danny told me that I had 3 months to return the car. When I wanted to return it in this period, he pretended I made the whole thing up! To this day I have a dodgy vehicle which nobody will fix. Customer service from Peugeot are also avoiding my calls. My advice is to stay away! The cars are not reliable and the team do not answer your calls after the sale.

I had an emergency with my car on 18.01.18 and was in a complete panic when I arrived. The staff who dealt with me were very supportive and advised my what my options were. 

Despite being very busy,  they managed to deal with the problem and get me back on the road in 3hrs. 

The staff were knowledgeable, courteous and incredibly helpful. 

Would advise anyone to go to this garage and showroom.
