Theatre in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, next to the market and opposite Shepherd's Bush Market tube station. Community vibe. Small theatre but excellent staggered seating. There isn't really a bad seat in the house. Saw A Father's Fable, wonderful production. Has outside seating which is nice on a warm day.
Went to watch the Shifters play for my birthday a couple weeks back. 10/10 experience. Sat on the stage seats which at first I thought would be uncomfortable and weird but it made sense and was such an enjoyable experience. The theatre is slightly small but worked well for this production. The toilets are clean and staff are both friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.
A lovely theatre, a friend of mine worked in there when it was a public library and some of its original features have remained in place. Great place to hang out before the show starts and a nice bar inside. The main theatre space is really small and intimate.
Great experience. Wonderful staff. Excellent production. Easy to find. Definitely the Bush Theatre is a nice place. Video and photos taken on the Bush Theatre apron.
We called in to use their library bar which is very pleasant, being in an actual library. Bar staff rather hesitant, perhaps inexperienced or volunteers. Prices high.
I have watched 2 plays here and both have been brilliant. The staff are very friendly and the price of snacks and drinks are reasonable especially for London
Fantastic venue with super friendly and helpful staff.
Great theatre and great place to also grab and drink or bite to eat. Nice chill spot with a lovely atmosphere. I watched a show called "The end" which was really funny. I'd definitely return to watch more shows.
Went to see My Father’s Fable. Fabulous play, my friends and I enjoyed enormously. Great actors and superb writing . Emotionally engrossing and twists and turns throughout kept us guessing until the end . Highly recommended . Lovely theatre also BTW
We bought tickets to see a show and due to actions of the theatre we no longer wanted to attend. I told them this weeks in advance and asked for a refund. There was plenty of time for other people who wanted to go to buy those tickets. The theatre referred repeatedly to their inflexible no returns policy and wouldn't give our money back. You can see from other reviews they've applied policies inflexibly and clearly don't care about their audiences. It honestly seems to me like the theatre don't care about anything more than having your money. They're not interested in you having a good experience. I'm never buying a ticket to anything there again.
