Buying Tickets

If tickets are available, you can get them through our website, Ticketweb or by stopping by the venue Box Office.

The venue Box Office opens from 4pm until 6pm, and from 6.30pm until 9.30pm, on show days ONLY.

Tickets are also available from O2 Academy Islington (12pm - 4pm Monday - Saturday) and O2 Academy Brixton (open from 2 hours before doors on show days only).
There's a £1 booking fee for cash sales and £1.50 booking fee for card sales.

BEWARE OF SECONDARY TICKETING (Touts, eBay, Seatwave, GetMeIn, Viagogo, Stubhub etc). Fraudulent tickets such as cancelled & duplicated tickets can be sold on the secondary ticketing market. The venue is unable to help with ticketing problems unless tickets are purchased with authorized ticketing agents.

Away from Westfiled, there's a good selection of places to eat and drink nearby. Here's some we recommend:

Authentic Italian restaurant with a beautiful setting. Gorgeous food and friendly staff. Perfect pre-gig stop off!

Highly regarded Polish restaurant. Watch out for those vodka shots though...
O2 Empire customers receive 3 courses from the a la carte menu for £15 upon showing their ticket for that evenings show.

• Aroma (Oriental) - First Floor West 12 Shopping Centre (Opposite Shepherds Bush Central Line Station) - 020 8746 7625
All you can eat buffet with a selection of 85 dishes for dinner including Popular South East and Asian dishes, Sushi, Teppanyaki and homemade desserts.

Family run business serving fresh home-cooked pastas, sandwiches and salads. They also have a selection of home-made cakes to accompany our great coffee and teas.

There's a wealth of pubs and bars in the vicinity too. The following all serve food and are only short hop from the venue:

Our lovely new next door neighbours.Pop up diner every day until 10pm. 2-4-1 burgers on Tuesdays and a roast on Sunday - can't go wrong!

• The Defector's Weld - 170 Uxbridge Road, W12 8AA
According to Time Out, “You won't find a pub much better than this west of Soho”. And frankly it's hard to disagree.

• The Green - 172-174 Uxbridge Road, W12 7JP (neighbor across the street to The Defector's Weld!)
A modern bar with big windows- just perfect for people watching...

Needless to say, we have McDonalds and KFC. There's also a Wetherspoons (in the West 12 shopping centre opposite central line station).

O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire has a cash machine located in the foyer.
The Post Office and Barclay's Bank is just a few doors down from us and there are plenty of banks / cashpoints around the Green.

Where to get a night bus from

There are bus stops right outside the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire, and along the north side of the Green. Please check with TfL for the right stop for your destination.

Where to stay

We have a lot of nice hotels in the area, so if you are coming from outside of London or even abroad or just want to have a big night out with some drinks, why not stay in one of them.
The Dorsett, Hotel Ibis & K West Hotel & Spa are some of the better known hotels, but there is also some lovely rooms in the few independent hotels nearby such as the Grantly Hotel (50-51 Shepherd's Bush Green, London W12 8PS - 020 8743 4345)

What else is there to do in the area

Firstly, the Westfield Shopping Centre is literally a few minutes away. If you have some time to spare before doors open, we recommend a shopping spree (although don't go too crazy, you've got to carry those bags all night!)
