This old school multicultural melting pot is Bohemian to its core; a mellow, cosy, home away from home for many musicians and artists.

Story

Ladbroke Grove's last music venue. Cocktails, beers, vibes and happiness. Hosts the legendary Jazz Re:Freshed on Thursday nights.

Also the home of the famous Dub Vendor reggae record shop (closed on Saturday and Monday).

Have been a visitor of Mau Mau for 8 - 9 yrs and have always enjoyed the open mic nights on a Sunday. Nice crowd and great atmosphere and entertainment, resident band are amazing

Mau Mau great fun place to go especially on Sunday night when live music. lovely vibes. Good crowd. Don't forget to tin of food as your entrance fee. This goes to the food bank. Good cause.
Look up for a painting on the wall... you'll see what I mean. A oil paint with talent musicians so real. for a moment you think they are just there sipping with you...and they'll back to the stage very soon. A nice selection of beers, nice environment.
