Cool venue for music. Went to see Chance Pena here. There is unreserved seating on the first two floors. Ground level is standard stalls standing area. If you are located on the first two levels then you kind of have to arrive when the doors open if you want a seat. Staff friendly and helpful. Venue cool enough to see live music.
Great venue! Security straight forward and well organised. Had unallocated seats on level 1. View and sound were amazing and the atmosphere fantastic.
Very nice venue. Queues outside were a bit confusing due to a lack of signs. We were hassled by a drunk possibly homeless man in the queue as well but can’t fault the venue for that. Overall a very nice experience there.

Great venue, disappointed by female staff member LEFT OF THE STAGE telling us to be quiet….. at a concert! Even people we were surrounded by were baffled at what just happened! Ruined the rest of the experience. Overall Meet and Greet was great.
Great venue, great sound, great visual of stage from everywhere. One of my favorites for gig. Just the right mix of intimate and inspired.
Absolutely loved the size and layout of the venue. It’s small enough that it feels like you can almost touch the stage from anywhere. Really let down by the seats though. Without a doubt the least comfortable I have ever sat on. Really close together so you are crushed up against your neighbours and incredibly hard. So much so that I ended up willing the performance to end just so I could stand up. Also unimpressed by the gruff door staff and the draconian “no bag” policy. I saw two people denied entry because their small rucksacks were not small enough. None the less I would definitely go again, so long as I’m allowed to bring a cushion.
Fabulous evening at the O2 Shèphard' Bush Empire. Great seating on the balcony! Staff was very helpful in guiding you to the correct areas.
Excellent venue. Easy to get to on the Tube. Plenty of bars and loos. We saw Janet Devlin and Russell Crowe at his Indoor Garden Party and really enjoyed it
Over-priced disappointing bar drinks, but otherwise a nice venue. Space to sit and think without being cheek-by-jowl with everyone, and even managed to be civilized and located spare seats to sit comfortably in the bar! Sound was good, place in good repair, big stage, good views all over. Would go again, yes, happily.
