I ordered the loaded surf and turf. My order was presented to me in about 20 minutes and the steak was quite succulent. Its not my usual eatery or even my local but if this is the standard I will be retruning again soon.
Friendly staff, decent value pub grub. Fish finger club sandwich was really nice, chips were ace!
Lovely staff. Very helpful when complained that my plate of food looked a lot smaller than my daughter's who had ordered a similar sizzler - brought out extra chillis etc Food could've been better, but it was extremely busy. Table was not wiped down even though staff member said they would be over to do it asap. Overall though, had a great visit and it had a good family friendly atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options although menu could be developed. Hallomi sizzler was very nice and incredibly filling. Parking: Parking available at rear even tgough pub was extremely busy.
First time experience great atmosphere and friendly staff and the food was good and good range of drinks.Food: 5/5
8 of us went for a family mealBurn Mac & Cheese but cold in the middle, prawns on my surf and turf small rubbery stake over cooked not medium chips tasteless, the kids pasta meals were over cooked. The staff just did not seem to care and very rude. My first vist here for a couple years and my last. If thinking of eating here just travel a bit up the road to the Millpool or even the Toby Carvery
Good value. Nice staff and atmosphere. Fish could have been crispy. The batter was soggy.Food: 3/5
Excellent pub food, reasonable prices and incredibly friendly staff. Well done and thank you. Definitely worth a visit or even use for a take-away.
Food was decent, staff were really friendly, great choice of drinks, love entertainment tooFood: 5/5
Food ok and very reasonably priced. Service pleasant and efficient. Wouldnt go back because of the absurd noise levels.Food: 4/5
