The owner knows my son is over 18 as he has shown his I’d several times. Insists he needs to carry it at all times and won serve him without out. Don’t have this problem in any other pub and it’s not the law either. I’ve now put this pub on my banned list. Last 3 times I’ve been I’ve ended up in the old sepherd which is a far superior and more welcoming pub anyway.

Lovely hot , freshly made breakfast at a very good price £5 large £3-50 regular. Only thing is if they are busy it is quite a long time waiting for food but for fresh hot food it can be forgiven
The Bell is a 'community pub' and all the better for it. None of the airs and graces of other local pubs, but its always a warm welcome, 'the piano player DOESN'T stop when you walk in' , it's a proper pub. Well kept beer and the best jukebox around. It's a great pub.
Fantastic breakfast this morning at the Bell. Amazing food, fab service great price. Couldn't ask for better! X
