We came here for dinner the other day and have to say it's some of the best pub food we've tried in Coventry. The portions are huge and the prices are very affordable. Service was overall friendly and helpful and unlike other pubs they offer table service. We'll be back for more soon!

Lovely Sunday dinner with the Mrs and kids. Four different meals, all excellent. Staff super friendly from the second we walked in. The rib eye was really nice and the spicy sauce went really well with it.
Great food, reasonable prices and the service is fast and friendly. We had a very good experience dining here. Will definitely visit again.
Came here this morning for breakfast and they persistently refused to serve due to being under staffed in the kitchen. Food is generally good here but I was hugely disappointed as I brought my daughter specifically and was well within the time frame of breakfast hours which are advertised. We left with an apology but it would’ve been nice to have been offered something to compensate and they need to look at covering staff who don’t turn up to adhere to their advertised service. My advice is call before you turn up.
I went for lunch today, amazing food! Had fish and chips with mushy peas, lovely meal. The decor is beautiful and modern, the team were lovely and welcoming. Brilliant service from start to finish, can’t wait to come back again!
Food satisfactory, all beit a little burnt in places. Service not given with a smile, unfortunately. No atmosphere, seems no one really wanted to be there, especially the staff. Meals were delivered, we were not asked if we needed any condiments etc, everything just seemed to much trouble. After all we know times are hard but it's your customer's who come out and spend what they can afford that keep you guy's in business.
Been here many times. Good value, food has always been decent, nice seating, pool table, good atmosphere. Staff were friendly, food always comes pretty quick too even when they’re busy!
Lindseys service was great. Had two full breakfasts and a small one. Listened to what we wanted, service with a smile. The Newlands is very nicely decorated, warm cosy and welcoming. Dinner menu looks great. Would definitely return.
Recently had a refurbishment and it looks lovely. New menu is great and some nice new items on there. Staff are brilliant and deliver great service and care. Really nice environment. Reccomend for family or couples dinner and they do quiz nights which are fun too!Food: 5/5
