Budget Car Rental Belfast International Airport

Great experience from beginning to end. Staff were all super friendly and we even got a little upgrade to a slightly better car. Car was in great condition and was such a reasonable price for 3 days. Return process was quick and easy too. Northern Ireland is a beautiful country and when hiring a car is this simple, it makes the trip even better. Thanks!

Excellent helpful staff at Belfast Airport they were so happy to talk and give info on the local area. Only one little complaint we had was that the car should have came with full tank and it didn't so we took a picture if we hadn't of had picture when we returned the car we would have been charged but as soon as we showed picture they were absolutely fine. Really easy to collect and drop off and they return you go terminal on way back couldn't fault it

Good value car hire. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonable cars. Check in staff examine the cars carefully, but without a microscope as some hire companies do looking for damage not on the hire out forms that you haven’t seen or caused. Will use them again.

The man at the front counter was friendly, but we had to purchase comprehensive car insurance, which more than doubled our initial payment, because we didn't have a credit card in the name of the driver. Majority of other car hire companies accept debit card, so we didn't think anything of this. Also the car had a large dint on the side which wasn't previously identified and delayed us leaving as we had to go back into the terminal to inform them. We won't be going with Budget again. Very inflexible and not very meticulous.

The staff where friendly and very helpful. The car was clean and comfortable. Would recommend the use of Budget car hire to anyone.
