Honestly I cannot thank the team at Ford Ballymena enough for their spectacular service and help. Steven was communicative and warm and bubbly from the start, treating me with the utmost respect even when I was still just having a look at a prospective car. He gave me weekly updates on my car order and even called me to check up on my experience after I’d had my car for a while. Nothing but praise for this wonderful team and especially Steven.
Mark Burns couldn't have been more friendly and helpful in finding us the perfect car for our family. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the purchase of our first electric car, ensuring we understood the lifestyle changes and benefits. We visited a couple of times and everyone we interacted with were welcoming and helpful, from reception through to sales and finance. It's the second car in a row we have bought from Ballymena branch. Highly recommended.

TrustFord have now done a number of repair jobs for me and all to a very high standard, including cambelt / water pump & clutch replacement. Great customer and all round service. I will continue to use them for all me Ford requirements.
Not a fan of appointment system which focuses the visit on the chosen car seen online. That car however did suit in the end tho I arrived early to have a look around before hand, in case another car appealed. Service thereafter was very good and everything went smoothly.
