Top class service in the Belfast office. I use these guys at short notice all the time - Thomas and Conor always get us sorted with a van we require.  They’re quick, responsive and go above and beyond to get the van we require. Due to the nature of our business we always require vans at short notice.  I even had a puncture in my own car outside of the office today and the guys went above and beyond to help get it fixed.  Five stars all the way.

Horrendous to say the least ! These guys are the worst. The boy on the desk made a point of going over spent points on my licence. 11 year old conviction and 3 points that were 4 years old caused him to make a scene discussing this in front of the rest of the employee s and my friend who was with me. He insisted it might be a problem with the insurance company who came back and confirmed it wasn't. Also insisted on bank statement and utility bill again insisted nothing else would suffice even a HMRC letter. Will never go back.
