I have nothing bad to say about the staff or the vehicle. However the website is very misleading. I rented the car with the belief that the amount I paid online was all I needed to pay and there was no hidden charges. When I landed I discovered I had to pay £300 deposit which was lucky I had as it was a large amount to not be informed about. And also a further £120 which I understand was for insurance purposes but again this was another unexpected payment. I believe I was wrongly sold my cheap rental as it was no longer cheap. I think the website needs to reassessed and make it obvious to customers there will be a large deposit plus extra for insurance
