Feeling ripped off, avoid. Enterprise's fee for a medium sized van is charged at £36 per day but hikes the cost to £79.20 if you require hire within 2 days. I only discovered this when I went to collect my 'medium van' a half washed Vauxhall Combo 'small van' awaited which appeared to have been transporting animals or waste. Whilst in the office, I notified the Enterprise staff of my dissatisfaction, went online to verify this is not what I paid & how I was being ripped off. Finally, they informed last minute hotel bookings operate in a similar fashion but if I waited an additional 30 minutes, a medium van was being collected at Belfast City airport. Wait time consisted of an extra 40 minutes but the van needed to be rewashed as the valet guys on site hadn't washed in properly in the first instance and the hire staff, Ryan attempted to help them. This is simply another disorganised Enterprise branch within a network of people across the company who do not care about the condition of their vans and expect customers to accept such low standards, pay extraordinary fees in the hope they will post positive reviews for other customers to be sucked into such in to such chaos. Save yourselves time and stress people by booking elsewhere, supported by honest reviews.
A tale of two halves. Excellent service at pick up but Van was not washed windscreen hard tobsee through and awful fuel smell. The vehicle was great for cost and travelling. Dropped off early and person just cared about ratings. So much that I got a call 24 hours later asking where the van was! So has not registered its return. Thankfully the deposit was returned quickly after that. Would use again as its location in the city was valuable and prices good.
Poor customer service, not reliable. After a hit and run, and waiting for months, my car is finally scheduled for a repair in a repair shop. I have agreed with Enterprise to meet me there at 11am, unfortunately due to their poor time management or irresponsibility, they never showed up and did not even inform me. Oh and yes, the repair shop phoned them and they have my name down to meet me at 11. I have waited 45 mins and I have other plans, so we decided to reschedule the repair. Truly disappointing on the service provided by enterprise
First time hiring a car personally, but as my own car was in for repair, I decided to do so and I couldn't have had a better experience. Daniel met us at the Cromac St branch and as I'd booked everything online, I was literally there 10 mins max. Daniel was very pleasant to deal with and upon returning the car the lady that checked over it was also very friendly I didn't catch her name. I cannot fault anything about this experience with Enterprise and would not hesitate to use them again should I need to. Thankyou
Customer satisfaction is good, i had booked hatchback for my road trip the staff provided me good vehicle with great condition and guided me about the Minimum excess and explained me the difference, while dropping vehicle also support was good and process was friendly and quick. Definitely recommend Enterprise for my friends.
Do Not Rent From These People. Phoned me 57 hours after a van had been returned demanding £2000 for damaged caused to the vehicle. Assistant manager Daniel said he had checked CCTV which clearly showed the damage to the vehicle wasn’t there on exit but was on return. When we attended the branch to see the CCTV he admitted he hadn’t checked it and lo and behold we didn’t do the damage. Scammers and liars.
First time using enterprise and I'll certainly use them again. Very professional, friendly staff who kept in contact throughout the time I had the car while working between myself and warranty company. I extended the use and they were more than accommodating. Car was immaculate. Such an easy transaction. Will opt for drop off and pick up next time.
Used Enterprise twice in Northern Ireland for van and SUV higher in two different places and was happy with the service, support and easy process. The fact that you can do the check-in online before you come saves you a lot of time. Was glad with the choice and will use again whenever is needed.
Very helpful and friendly staff! Tiffany was great. Easy to walk to from our hotel. Rented for the day to visit the north coast. Very much would recommend.
Great car rental company. The service , location walking distance from Dublin bus in glengall st and quality of cars is super.
