I cannot say enough good things about Kings and Neil. He was so easy to communicate and deal with, friendly, flexible and prompt in responses. I got excellent value for money and when a previously unknown minor issue showed itself with the car I'd picked up, he immediately replaced it with another one, no quibble. I also dealt briefly with two other members of staff who were friendly and hospitable. A++++

Kings blows the other competitors out of the water in all ways. Firstly, price. Neil charges reasonable prices for his hire... being quoted nearly £800 for the same period by Hertz was a real eye opener, compared to the £215 I paid Kings. Secondly, ease of use. I was picked up promptly from the airport and had the paperwork signed and was away within 15 mins of stepping outside the airport. Thirdly, friendliness and professionalism. Neil is just great- chatting away and making the entire process very pleasant overall. The only downside is because they are so reasonably priced, you need to ensure you are booked in well in advance as I am sure they have to turn potential customers away due to demand. My parents have used Kings for decades now, and I hope to do the same. I will never use the big brands. Kings, you run a great set-up. Thanks.

As N. Ireland expats living in Canada we always need to hire a car when we return home. After many negative experiences with the standard rental firms we were pleased to discover Kings Car Hire in 2019 and found the whole rental experience exemplary -- good car, straightforward sign-in and sign-out process, pleasant staff. Because of Covid, the next time we were able to fly back was for Christmas and New Year 2021-22, and again we rented from Kings with the same happy result. We're hoping to go again this summer and of course we hope to rent another car from Kings. Doesn't that say it all? The staff really do try to help out as best they can. No more Avis, Hertz, etc. for us!

No hassle rental, with honest price and no hidden costs. Neil was very accommodative to our needs. I will use his service again and can recommend it highly.

Having always hired from the "big" companies this was the first time i had used Kings. I would seriously never use other companies again absolutely a first class service and unbeatable price. Car was immaculate and no drama with pick up or drip off. The fact you get lifted to and from the airport is a bonus. Neil is a total gentleman people wise up and use Kings.

First class service from start to finish. Neil could not have been more helpful. Car was spotless. All inclusive pricing was a winner. Will certainly use every time I'm visiting NI.

Very efficient and friendly service. No hidden extra cost such as additional driver charge, car ready at City airport when we arrived and dropped off at the same place. No hassel good contact by email and text, would certainly use again.

First time hiring from Kings after many years with Europcar and Hertz. Europcar and Hertz just don't compare if you're looking for value for money, great and very friendly service. All so easy with pick up and delivery right from and to the front of the airport. Just wish I'd known about them sooner! We've already booked again for our summer visit.
