I've been with Ford for quite a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. I've been treated as a valued client each time and this is down to the one person I always deal with, Mark Burns. He has been brilliant each and every time and I would like to thank him.
Excellent service when buying my new car which I am very pleased with. The staff are friendly and helpful and everything I needed to know was explained very well. I would recommend if you are considering changing your vehicle.
As much as I love my new car, I can honestly say it’s been the most stressful experience ever in purchasing a car! Firstly, I was told at the onset that my trade-in deal would be price protected I specifically asked this question throughout the year long wait! So you can imagine my frustration when the car eventually arrived at the dealership, and I went to arrange to collect my car to be told I was getting £4000 less of a trade in allowance than was agreed at the beginning! I was prepared to go down the legal route, when a senior Ford guy negotiated a deal some £1000 less than the original agreed trade in price.. I still feel a little robbed
The whole start to finish of purchasing the car was a relaxed experience. Staff where immensely professional and had great communication. Well recommended by myself.
Purchased a new Ford Ecosport from Trust Ford, Ballymena. The salesman Steven Kelly was very professional and knowledgable. Kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Very pleasant. Delighted with the car.
Catherine was very friendly and efficient and very good at her job. It is a pleasure to visit the Ballymena showroom.
So what can I say that not only did I get my dream car Ryan Crawford was amazing. I went with my family and yes I asked all those silly questions but with the highest standard of professionalism Ryan dealt with any concerns that I had and said no question was silly. He acknowledged my 6yr old daughter even as much as going and getting her a hot chocolate. Any parent wants their child to be noticed. Ryan went through numerous cars a test drive organised and I fell in love with my Ford Puma. Then we have Sarah at the front desk who also acknowledged my daughter again with outstanding customer service. I also know that some may read this and think well they were trying to sell you a car well yes true but I had been to another car company and to say the service was poor is an understatement. Will I be back yes my family already have Ryan’s card and I can honestly tell you he is an absolute credit to FORD

Absolute shambles of a place! Booked them to service my car, would definitely NOT recommend to anyone.
