BCH Self Drive

My wife and I had an excellent experience with BCH Self Drive. Being under 25 and wanting to drive into the Republic, other rental agencies wanted to add extensive premiums onto our bill; however, BCH stood by their "all things are included in the price you see" motto and were significantly cheaper than the competition. Easy pick-up and drop-off, the little Skoda Fabia we were provided was peppy and a blast to drive around the Irish countryside, and the staff were friendly and easy to work with, even coordinating from the US prior to arriving. Highly recommend!

Recently hired a bus for the weekend. Picked it up and to be honest it wasnt in the best of shape but it was reasonably priced and would serve my purpose. Went to pick it up and when it was brought down the guy brought it down he said "There is no Diesel in that and you'll have to fill it at the station round the corner." I jumped in and sure enough it was running on fumes. The guy said "I know there was half a tank in that when it left the last time so will have to chase that up" So I drove the mile or so and thought "How much do I put in it?" So put £60 in it as I thought I would be using it, I have zero idea of MPG the bus was going to do. I didnt use anywhere near the amount. So ended up leaving it back with half a tank (Probably about £40 worth) sent email as there was no-one there when i returned it, other than a surly guy who worked for another firm who informed me it was nothing to do with him. Zero response so rang and was told there was no way I was getting any refund on the diesel I had put into it. "You were told to leave it back the way you got it... we dont refund any fuel thats up to you" How on earth could I leave it back with zero fuel? Awful customer service and wont use again.

I always use BCH. I have been hiring cars from Derek and the boys since the 90s and they have always been first class. Great people and a superb service.

Many thanks to Mr Dereck and Mr paul, we are Indians settled in UAE visited Belfast and hired VW-Tiguan from BCH for 15days, We highly recommend BCH and Many thanks to them for a hazzle free booking given through only an Email and our car was ready to receive us in George best city airport on said time. Whats most attractive thing we enjoyed is that they didnt take any credit card advance or anything, we just paid them them the agreed rental amount, thats all , you cant get such service any where in the world. Such a lovely Automatic Car Tiguan We driven it almost 3500 Km during our stay at Northern Ireland. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE VISITING NORTHERN IRELAND.
