Edwin May Volkswagen Ballymena

Last weekend, 10th March 2018, I went with my wife to collect her (2017) new car from Edwin May Volkswagen, Ballymena Northern Ireland. Paul O’Neill Business Manager and Craig Mitchell Sales Executive were from first point of contact right through to waving us off (as we left the forecourt), outstanding in their customer care; both Paul and Craig know their individual sides of the business very well indeed and are to be highly commended in how committed they are to customer satisfaction. These guys are the ones to make contact with if you are considering buying a car any time soon. We looked high and low for such service and here it is. Honest, down to earth, professional car suppliers with especially well-honed people skills. Why? They are active listeners, They are supremely polite, They seek to give you what YOU want; they are not about simply closing a deal, They do not rush you, do not finish your sentences, and do not ever lose sight of keeping a good reputation (repeat business is so important as is personal recommendation; these guys really do set a notable benchmark in this respect). We are fairly new to Northern Ireland and left behind a garage we trusted implicitly to supply and service our cars – we were with that previous garage for close to 17 years – so to find Paul and Craig at Edwin May Ballymena is just perfect! We fully recommend them BUT check them out yourselves – they won’t push themselves upon you if you make contact or even stroll around their site – you’ll find a fine welcome, a good vehicle stock, spotless toilets, equally spotless workshop (we had a little peak with Paul) and maybe….who knows, smile just right…a nice cup of tea and biscuit or two may be offered…. Excellent reception by staff. A great sales experience without any pressure. Jonathan and Paul in particular were extremely pleasant to speak to and deal with. Definitely to be recommended

These guys are just great, I have been dealing there for years and I can't fault them in any way, the Sales and After sales crews at really nice.
