I stood around for awhile while 3 members of staff kept their eyes fixed on their computer screens. After attracting their attention the feedback about the vehicle I was collecting was some what limited.
Mechanics are slower than a old milk float , took a full day to attempt simple job to be told they need the vehicle another day , replacement moto had no fuel in it .. id rather pay the local grease monkey down the rd to fix a moto, ,be cheaper, quicker and probably better job done
I've had my van in here twice in the last 6 months for services and repairs and on both occasions, told them that there is a problem with the key. Both times, I've had it confirmed that the key will be sorted and spoiler alert nothing has been done with my key either time. They aren't reliable
I was asked to go there from Durham as a fitter in my work depo didn't have a new Beacon for my Mec pickup, I was met by Keith within 30 minutes beacon fitted small mirror & indicator replaced on large wing mirror Mint thanks flokes
Never known a hire company take so long. 50 minutes to be sorted and then to be told there was no pleasing me. I just wish I could give zero stars
